Day 3 · September 3
IMS Audit Methodology in Practice
How to plan, conduct, and report a genuinely integrated internal audit — not three sequential audits dressed as one. What auditors look for in the first five minutes. Clause 8 challenges across standards. Audit findings that are actually meaningful across all three standards. Competence requirements for the IMS auditor.
Day 4 · September 4
Gap Assessment, Management Review, and Certification
Running a structured IMS gap assessment against real findings. Integrated management review: what it covers, who needs to be in the room, and how to make it meaningful for leadership. PECB assessment. Practical next steps for participants returning to their organisations.
